Executive Director Message

has been working as a non-profitable and non- government voluntary Progressive Fundamental rights implementation and socio-economic development organization. It was established in 15th Jun 1991 with initiation of some. Like minded educated social workers of Chowgacha with aim to promote the social- economic status of the rural and urban Poor, underprivileged and disadvantaged people, emphasizing the women and children through concretization, non- formal education seminars, vocational Training, Computer Training Servicing, Health service Program, Durability development and Rehabilitation, awareness raising Program. Organization building utilization official resources and undertaking felt need leased problem solving program. Aim got its want to establish such a social environment where people will live in equality, Peace, Security, Progress. Equity and every peace’s of development works with the right of taking part in decision making. Aim has been conducting well planned program to ensure the participation of undeserved peoples distressed women and children. Handicapped people and youth generation, marginal farmers of village in the development activities. Activities through formation of groups to reach the goal Aim has been supporting these group is two Ways: 1st to from the group and 2nd to conduct the entire social and economic development program through and among these groups, Along with the side by side, it has been giving training support to the income generation activities for going self-reliance Aim instead of dictating accept, the proposal and decisions coming out of the consultation and understanding among. The group members for better execution. It also ensures the proper, Justice and human rights in execution of development program. Now a days AIM is implementing multiple activities for disadvantage communities like: Health and Nutrition, Youth development, Women empowerment, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Education, Agriculture, capacity building through organizing various type trainings and other need based activities. I’m inhabited to all who was given effort to prepare the Annual Report-2020 especially to general and executive committee.

Achievement:

3. Organizing Career related events including Group discussion, Seminar, Training & Workshop etc.
4. Organizing Career & Skills Development Competitions.
5. Attending Youth exchange program in Home & Abroad.
6. Develop Skills to Work in High Skill Jobs.
7. Practicing the Skills learn from club activities in day to day life.
8. Building a Positive Mental Attitude.
9. Helping other Youth who are in Career Challenge.
10.Organizing Career & Job Fair for employments.
11.Transforming them to be a Successful & Responsible Citizen.
12.Having Positive Awareness on Climate Change & Environmental issues with Disaster Management Skills.
